- All conference participants must pay the registration fee. For each paper, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. The registration fee covers Proceedings, bag, lunches, coffee break and Banquet dinner.
- The registration fees do not cover the cost of accommodation or transport, which must be borne by the participant. Registration for the conference will only be effective once all fees have been paid.
- There are no refunds due to any reason.
